Sectioned strata corporations

If Candid determines that the strata lot belongs to a section, an additional $35 Form B fee will apply because two Form B certificates must be prepared: one for the strata corporation and one for the section.

Rush-service timing

Standard service is seven business days. Requests received after 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time are treated as received the next business day. Although we will do our best, one- or two-business-day completion cannot be guaranteed. If the requested timing cannot be met, the rush fee will be reduced to the applicable service level.

Form B is $35; Form F is $15; other documents are $0.25/page. An Undertaking is prepared when required. If Candid determines that the strata lot belongs to a section, a second Form B and an additional $35 fee will apply. Applicable GST and page charges are confirmed on the invoice.
